All sales are considered final. However, refund requests may be reviewed under the conditions described below.


2. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Before contacting our support team, you must first contact the product provider or administrator responsible for the purchased product.

To request a refund:

  1. Contact the product provider or administrator and explain the issue.
  2. Obtain approval or confirmation regarding the refund request.
  3. Contact our support team and provide proof of the approval.

Refunds will not be processed without prior review by the product provider or administrator.

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The product was not delivered.
  • The product is defective or unusable.
  • The product significantly differs from its description.


3. Non-Refundable Products

The following products are generally non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Skins
  • Resold items
  • Digital licenses after successful delivery

Exceptions may be made if the delivered license is invalid, defective, or cannot be activated as intended.


4. Chargebacks

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination
  • License revocation
  • Restriction from future purchases


5. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.


Refunds may be issued either to your webshop account balance or to the original payment method. The refund method will be determined at our sole discretion based on the circumstances of the refund request and the payment method used.
